The disciplines, run for ShedFest

Safety

01 Security: Perimeter, gate and campsite security. Planned, sourced, negotiated and delivered to spec.

02 Medical: On-site cover planned, sourced, negotiated and delivered to spec and budget.

03 Fire: Fire risk assessments, evacuation plans and extinguisher mapping commissioned from a fire safety specialist and coordinated across the site.

04 Licensing & insurance: Licence conditions, public liability cover and method statements managed on behalf of the licence holder for the full weekend.

05 Weather contingency: Wet-weather planning across drainage and the campsite, with structural wind-loading confirmed by the suppliers who built it.

Show

06 Brand & identity: ShedFest had no brand assets beyond a trademarked name. We found and appointed a specialist design agency and directed a full rebrand: identity, visual system and every touchpoint on site.

07 Production: Two live stages, PA and track commentary, plus in-house media production and event photography.

08 Live action: A sprint course just under 1km, specced to Motorsport UK standards. We sourced and appointed the motorsport operator, specced layout and materials with them, and organised the cars and drivers on the day.

09 Social media: Content planning, on-site coverage and social media management run across the full weekend.

Operations

10 Traffic: Access and egress for 12,000 people and 80+ competition cars, with spectator and trader parking laid out separately from the paddock, timed against a live sprint course running the same day.

11 Food & drink: Trader booking and site logistics for a 12,000-strong crowd across the full weekend.

12 Welfare: Campsite welfare and water points for an overnight crowd, not just a day ticket.

13 Communications: One shared control channel across every discipline, so nothing is anyone's problem alone.

14 Waste & environmental: Waste, recycling and site clearance contractors sourced, appointed and managed across the full weekend.

15 Staffing & crew: Marshals, stewards and crew recruited, briefed and rostered across the track, campsite and trade stands.

Commercial

16 Budget: The full event budget built and owned end to end, tracked from first projection to final reconciliation across every discipline.

17 Ticketing: Ticket pricing and online sales built from scratch, plus on-the-day scanning and access control for 12,000 people, run with a gate crew we appointed and managed.

18 Marketing: Campaign planning and media buying from a standing start. The show and its camping both sold out, with 12,000 people on site.

19 Sponsors: Sponsor packages sold, contracted and delivered on-site: activation space, signage and branded assets.

20 Trade stands: Pitch sales and site logistics for trade stands, run separately from the food and drink line-up.

Guest experience

21 Customer service: Pre-event enquiries, on-the-day guest queries and post-event follow-up handled end to end.

22 Accessibility provision: Accessible parking and step-free access to the main show areas.

23 Wayfinding & signage: Site maps, directional signage and campsite zoning so 12,000 people can find their way around.

24 VIP & hospitality: An invite-only space for talent, guest brands and sponsors, never a ticketed offering: bar, coffee, a private chef and its own facilities.

New brand.

The disciplines, run for Food&Fuel

Safety

01 Security: Light-touch site security, scaled to a single-day meet, not a multi-day festival.

02 Medical: Baseline first-aid cover, sized to a single-day car and food meet.

03 Fire: Catering and vendor fire safety across 15+ food traders on-site.

04 Licensing & insurance: Public liability and event insurance confirmed per venue, using each site's own licence rather than building one from scratch.

05 Weather contingency: A simple wet-weather fallback per venue, with no drainage or structural build to plan around.

Show

06 Brand & identity: Name, identity and visual direction ours from a blank page, with an agency commissioned purely to produce the assets. Show format built before the first edition.

07 Production: Building the format from scratch: layout, signage and site flow for each new venue.

08 Live action: Static displays and show-and-shine rather than a timed track.

09 Social media: Content built to grow the brand from zero: photography, video and social posts from each of the five editions.

Operations

10 Traffic: Car park and display-line management across three different venue layouts over two seasons.

11 Food & drink: The core of the show: curating and briefing the trader and food vendor line-up at every edition.

12 Welfare: Vendor and visitor welfare for a single, high-footfall show day.

13 Communications: One brief, three venues: the same playbook adapted per site.

14 Waste & environmental: Waste and recycling handled through each venue's existing contractors, not a bespoke plan.

15 Staffing & crew: Crew rostered and briefed per venue, scaled to a single-day meet rather than a festival workforce.

Commercial

16 Budget: The full event budget built and tracked from first projection to final reconciliation, edition by edition.

17 Ticketing: Ticketing kept simple: one price tier and online sales, with no scanning infrastructure to build per venue.

18 Marketing: Marketing built once as a repeatable format, then run across three venues over two seasons.

19 Sponsors: A focused set of sponsor partners per edition, not the multi-tier programme a festival needs.

20 Trade stands: Trade stand pitches booked and sited at each venue, separate from the food and drink line-up.

Guest experience

21 Customer service: Guest queries handled directly by the team that curates the traders and books the venue.

22 Accessibility provision: Step-free access and accessible parking checked venue by venue, not a fixed site build.

23 Wayfinding & signage: Site maps and directional signage laid out fresh for each of the three venue layouts.
